Who are the biggest assholes among non-right-wing entertainers?

In the recent thread about the biggest assholes in rock, the names that popped up the most were Ted Nugent, Gene Simmons and Kid Rock, all of whom are pretty much freepers. But someone also mentioned that he had an unpleasant encounter with Stephen Stills, who (at least I assume) is a liberal. And another person mentioned Mark E. Smith of the Fall.

So that got me thinking.... what liberal (or at least non-right-wing) rock stars or actors are known to be major assholes or bitches? Barbra Streisand has a reputation for being a real piece of work, and a friend of mine told me that Susan Sarandon was quite unpleasant. Anyone else?

4. Too many to mention them all....

But I'll start off w/ Lauren Bacall and Rosie O' Donnell; I've had to deal w/ Bacall in the past and it was an absolute nightmare. A close friend worked w/ O'Donnell and said it was a complete downer to her; she went from admiring her before to despising her because of the way she treated the people around her over the time she was around her..

some liberal entertainers are always charming and gracious to their fans. Sam Waterston has always been kind to fans who have met him, signing autographs and talking with them like they are old friends.
