1. Not Good Avatar Material
Graphics are too small. If it's avatar-ized, it'll look like a shrinky-dink (pun intended).

3. Heres two, didn't know what you wanted, so..





Right click on the one you want, and choose "save image as" and save it on your desktop. Afterwards go to the member settings, and you should be able to upload it from your desktop to there.
