I just love feta
(Why do I get the feeling this is just begging for a copycat...?)

Anyway, I love feta on a salad.... covered in Blue Cheese dressing of course.

2. A Feta & Spinach Omelette...
Edited on Fri Feb-18-05 12:58 PM by XNASA
Nine out of ten times, I'll order a Feta & Spinach Omelette when going out for breakfast. A side of Greek toast and some crunchy hash browns and I'm ready to start the day.

It's best to get imported Feta, which is made from goat or sheep's milk. Domestic feta is usually made from cow's milk.

But yes, I'll loves my feta.

3. Sometimes I just crumble some on ak-mak crackers and put under the broiler
for just a bit. Yum. Really good on big chunks of roasted rep pepper and broiled a minute or two.

5. I love it too
My friend gave me her recipe for a Greek Pasta salad. You dress the pasta with olive oil and red wine vinegar and you add chopped red and green peppers, cherry tomatoes and chopped green onion. Add some pitted calamata olives and ONLY WHEN THE PASTA IS COOL, add crumbled feta. Salt and pepper and a dash of oregano or basil and you're ready to go.

7. Ooh - I just had some feta for lunch.
I had a nice salad - organic baby greens with fresh sliced strawberries, feta, a few organic walnuts, organic feta, tossed with a strawberry, balsamic dressing.

I bought the organic valley feta this time, but really prefer the French feta.

YUMMY!
