I was reading over Daily Kos and one of the posters said this:

How in the hell can you miss Richard Perle's head? For Christ's sake, it must have occupied half the stage. It's a damned good thing this little debate didn't happen here in the Big Apple because I'd probably be in the pokey right now. Trust me, my chuck taylor all star would have found it's fucking lying, murderous, blood-stained mark.

yeah that poor guy in his argyle sweater. I think maybe he just got a little giddy at the thought of smacking Perle upside the head with his tennis shoe and that caused his aim to be off.

He even caught it when it boomeranged back to him and was ready to throw it again, but was dragged out.

God, he didn't even hit the podium, he hit the STAGE. Come on, dude.

You got balls, but seriously. One of those Code Pink ladies woulda flung some shit RIGHT AT his head.
