Title and Subtitle for PowerPoint Presentation

I'm writing up one for our local DEC on the effect of youth in politics. How We, the youth will have to pay off the Bush's debt..etc.

I need a title/subtitle.

1. funny or straight?

If the former, I was thinking that you might be able to get some mileage out of a reference to the "No Child Left Behind" stuff.

2. Ooh, I like it. I'll use that as a title, then put in a serious subtitle.

Any serious subtitle ideas?

or some variation thereof.

4. any way of putting a negative spin on "legacy"?

Because the effects on children's health, education, opportunities, etc. will be felt for decades -- probably one of his longer-term "bequests" (bah!) to the country.
