if i had a job, and could afford take-out, i'd join you. kinda sucks to be in college without work-study. there are NO jobs on campus that aren't work-study. and my family is too rich, it seems :eyes:

8. I had my work study cancelled myself.

It was some stupid miscalculation in my financial statement. They said I was getting too much from financial aid.:eyes:. The thing is that my work study job is a very prestigious one (student manager for the college football team), and I then asked to stay on as a volunteer. Luckily, they said yes, and I'm still on the team (not making any money). Hopefully I'll be getting a full football scholarship soon.

I only got this Domino's job a couple weeks ago.

12. Not sure how to take the comments

but I do live on a fixed income. I usually order pizza or take out food every three months for a treat. Normally I prepare my own meals to save money. I also plan my meals to save enough to freeze for myself and give to my daughter who is also college age and does not live at home. When we get together I just empty my freezer and cupboards.
