2. I've had some very good Mexican pizzas...
Layered with refried beans, guacamole, meat, peppers, olives, cheese etc.

7. I've enjoyed (quite often) a Thai pizza
I wouldn't think it would be good but it is:

thai one on (1-5 stars)
olive oil glaze, our own peanut sauce, chicken, bean sprouts, carrots & fresh cilantro

just regular burger but with teriyaki sauce
