Which minor James Bond character should have their own spin-off series?

I've always wanted to see an hilarious romantic comedy spy series starring Mr. Wynt and Mr. Kidd. Or a series with Rosa Klebb as a sassy waitress with spiked shoes for the troublemakers. ("Klebb's Place") Or a comedy show about the domestic life of Felix Leiter, "The Leiter Side."

What's your choice, and would it be a movie series or a TV series?
