The "Q" tile has an assumed "u". You really don't have to have a "U" tile and QIT or QEEN or QALITY are valid words.

Anyone can use their turn to swap the ACTUAL letter with a blank that's being used on the board. For example: if someone played the word "GAME" and that player used a blank tile for the letter "A", then during your turn, you can place an actual "A" tile on the board and add the blank tile to your rack.

NO STARING AT THE BOARD FOREVER!! Play or pass or exchange tiles. Get out the Boggle sand-timer if you have to.
