Wanna Make Someone's Head Explode Playing Scrabble??

I just did...I swear, I wish this guy had a cam on his computer...He disconnected right after the ref refused his challenge, I think his head must've exploded, and then he probably put a fist thru his computer...LOL!

He had played TAP along the top line of the board. I looked at my tiles, considered them...and then, here comes what made his head explode...

My play: J-U-X-T-A-P-O-S-E-S on a triple-triple, plus a 50-point BINGO bonus for 284 points!! Fuckin' ROFL!!

He challenged of course...I mean, "juxtaposes" is NOT exactly a word in common usage that the average layman would know, right? but the computer judge upheld it, as well it should have, since it is a real word...and that is the point at which I lost my opponent!!

Of course juxtaposes is a word. It's not even that unusual. Heck, 284 points is what I sometimes get for a whole game!

I don't know, I might have quit too! Hey, are you referring to Yahoo's Literati? That was one of my favorite games but I no longer play since I found out that there is a software cheat called Literati Buddy that essentially does all the work for people. I no longer trust the people who have ladder rankings above 1800! LOL

I have a real Scrabble disc, and it lets you play real Scrabble, on line via GameSpy.

I agree with you about the rankings thing. My ranking, last I cheked was 1635. So I'm pretty good, but not one of these "whizzes" that cheat!
