Dinner
Help me with something new

I have eggplant, chicken, low fat ground beef, spaghetti noodles and meat sauce, veggies, lettuce, tomatoes, cukes and green peppers. My cupboards and fridge are stocked. Just need a recipe and a freezer and pantry filled with veggies.

I would rather have something that is hot, not something that is sweet

(flour, salt, pepper and garlic, for the coating), fry in olive oil, or bake in 375 oven with olive oil.

make meat sauce + spagetti

bread chicken with bread crumbs, garlic salt and pepper, top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese (or any cheese will be okay) cover with sauce, bake at 350 or 375 if putting in same time as eggplant. Make Caesar Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cukes and green peppers, wine viniger and oil + blu cheese crumbs. or make veggie platter with dip with peppers and veggies.

Any leftover chicken can be used in peta sandwiches later or tomorrow, just cut into cubes, warm up and put in warm peta with Italian or Caesar dressing and blu cheese crumbs...
