For those who like performance art with a political bent (left, of course), see this guy if you get a chance. You won't be disappointed. You won't be bored. You'll be amused, sad, sorry, contemplative, maybe a little shocked, and you'll learn what life is like for the people 'underground' in the US, because he'll tell you in his raw yet graceful performance. No children, as there is off-color language.

He is incredibly passionate, angry, melancholy, childlike, funny, loud, soft, dances, sings, chants, performs ritual, recites his poetry, and talks about his life and he dynamically transitions easily between these just by walking across the stage a few steps. He challenges the status quo and the oppression of religion, the political Right (which is wrong), the media, and our consumerist society.

He constructs an incredibly vivid painting during his performances. You'll get the picture. Like a freight train.
