Looking for music recommendations…

There is a song on the sound track from the movie One Fine Day that knocks me back…the singer is Natalie Merchant…the song is One Fine Day…you can find a sample of the song on Amazon…..she is backed by a saxophone and piano… it has that sound that causes you to start thinking of a smoky bars and amber liquid over ice.

If you would give a listen, then recommend similar songs, artist and sounds in that style. I know it’s a bunch to ask, so I will say thanks ahead of time to all that respond

While it's not similar in style, I do find Portishead's Glory Box to be a great 'smoky bar' song.

but Loreena McKennitt's music has a sexy, sinuous sound to it...if you like Celtic music. And I do... :)
