Yeah, we're getting older, but hopefully we're getting wiser and smarter, too. Hitting 40 last year hit me kind of hard. It's a lot easier this year as I come up on 41. Thing is, I'm probably in better shape at 40 than I was at 30. I'm taking better care of myself, I'm more aware of how my body and mind handle stresses, I'm exercising more, etc. It's kind of nice to look back on things now with a little mor perspective. Myabe getting older has some benefits.

I could stand to lose a little weight (okay, a lot of weight), but other than that it's all good. I am definitely wiser, as well.

As a youngster I always thought anyone over 40 was considered old. I never imagined myself being "over 40". My 40th birthday didn't even bother me. This year I turn 41 and this definitely bothers me because I will be officially "over 40".
