Sean Connery Sued For Being A 'Bully'

NEW YORK -- A star who is "rude, foul-mouthed," who plays loud music in his townhouse "at all hours" -- it's got to be a rock star, right?

No, those accusations are directed against Sean Connery, who lives with his wife on the top two floors of a townhouse on Manhattan's East Side.

Connery's neighbor, Dr. Burton Sultan, lives downstairs with his wife and daughters in the six-story Tudor townhouse. Sultan is suing Connery for $30 million, contending he has bullied Sultan's daughter and is trying to force Sultan's family out of the building.

Court papers claim the Connerys' renovations, under way for three-and-a-half years, are a source of constant noise, fumes and water leaks that have damaged Sultan's Victorian furniture.

Connery's lawyer didn't return phone calls seeking comment.
