I use to be active in the Simming community looking for new furniture for my Sims (I like the house decorating). There's all sorts of stuff out there for your SIMS including creating your own SIM Brothel, SIM Strip Club and supposively some very explicit SIM toys.

14. I use to get great downloads from The Sims Host (pay site)

which was about 99% clean stuff including some nice furniture and clothes for your sims. But 2 of the sites they hosted was one for a Sim Brothel and the other for a Dressing Room booth you can use downtown where your sim can get a little something something on the side, if you know what I mean.

Never used either of them but it's pretty damn funny the stuff you can find out there for basically what is suppose to be a kids game

Plus, if your computer doesn't have enough memory (both regular & video) you're going to have a sluggish time of running.

I suggest the 4 games for proper simming. All the additional expansion pacs are cute but personally a waste of money. Sims, Sims Living Large, Sims House Party & Sims Hot Date, which btw happen to all be a part of that Mega Deluxe package. The other Sim1 expansion packs are Vacation (hated this one), Sims Unleashed (you could have pets), Sims Superstar (you could add celebrities into your game and make yourself a SimCelebrity - boring) and Sims Making Magic (You can be a wizard - never tried this one). Plus the more Sims pacs you have installed on your computer the SLOOOOOOOOOWER it tends to run. I have a P3 866 with 256m memory and my SIMs game still run slow.

The nice thing with the SIMs1 is there are plenty of sites to download additional items for your game - new furniture, gizmos and even clothing for your sims. Plus there is an underbelly of Adult SIMS add-ons to the game. This game was created for kids but it can turn into a bizarro world for adults with the stuff they have out there to make the game more 'adult'

Many of the SIMs download sites are pay but plenty of decent free ones too. The only 4 sites I've paid money for downloads are

Well dressed Sims (great furniture sets!!)
Sim Host (this is like a clearinghouse hosting site for about 50 smaller websites that have SIM items to download)

It's an addictive game which I usually will pick up playing in the Wintertime when I tend to stay inside more. But I'm having computer problems and the game won't run right on my computer so I haven't used it recently.
