Need help finding women's clothing before I lose my mind.
That ought to get your attention...

Actually, I'm doing some consulting for the owner of a Mexican restaurant in town, and am suggesting that he have his wait staff dress in Mexican clothes...peasant blouses/skirts for the waitresses, and those Mexican Wedding shirts for the waiters (They wear T-shirts now, which doesn't fit the image he's trying for).

Problem is, when I go on the Web, all I get is a bunch of eBay crap and "shopping sites" that are utterly worthless.

Does ANYONE know of a store that sells Mexican clothing? Anywhere? One with a website would be great, because I could show him pictures of the kind of clothes I'm talking about.

Thank you thank you thank you in advance...

Redstone

1. There are tons of places like that in San Antonio
near the Riverwalk and the Market. I'm not sure if any of them have Web presence. You might try a google search for "guyabera" shirt and see what you get.

5. I'm in Connecticut...it's almost impossible to find even
Western clothes here (though I do have a source for Tony Lamas at least).

Short of flying to San Antonio (not that I'd mind doing that), any suggestions?

Thanks,

Redstone

6. You probably need to take a little shopping trip to the Southwest
It's probably warmer this time of year :7. Try Tucson for the look you seek.

7. Saw a white peasant blouse in
an Orvis catalog a while ago. Check there. For the skirt, find a pattern and hire a seamstress to make simple elasticized waist skirts. You can pick the colors you like, mix patterns, etc.
