Mary Tyler Moore was one of my first celebrity crushes, whenever Dick Van Dyke debuted on "Nick at Nite" when I was a kid. She was always nice-looking, but she was a total hottie on that show.

Not that Elizabeth Montgomery wasn't quite good-looking herself. Maybe it's just the brunette thing with me, but I think MTM is prettier/sexier.

Both of them were stars in a comedy series that most of us grew up watching and both of them later played roles in dramatic movies that made us see them in a completely different way. MTM, of course, did "Ordinary People" and I swear to God, that woman kinda scared me after that. EM did "The Legend of Lizzie Borden" with the same chilling effect.

For sentimental reasons, though, I guess I would settle on Mary Tyler Moore, who I was in love with throughout my childhood. I just wish she hadn't ruined it all with plastic surgery. I don't care if she aged gracefully, but I wish she'd aged naturally. (You can't age gracefully when you look like a Muppet! :cry: )
