Floor Plan

All the DOMESPACE of the "Harmonique" type are delivered with hand rotation.

This rotation can be automated as a second option.

In all cases, the rotation is imperceptible inside the DOMESPACE.

It is frequently said that the weed is warm and nice and it is fair to say it because it does not only strive for a visual comfort, but also for a thermal one. (It’s an excellent insulating material)

A DOMESPACE has 22 mm of spruce, from 180 to 280 mm of cork (used as an insulating material), 18 mm of plywood, besides the cover has 30 mm of red cedar ventilated by 50 mm of air.

These thickness, correctly joined, confer a truly exceptional thermal balance.

The wood, renewable material, is almost exclusively used for the construction of DOMESPACE (glued sheets, insulation with cork, covering with red cedar)

DOMESPACE obtained the Prize of the Environment in Germany, in 1994.

Hmm - any entrepreneurs out there

I know I could get into selling these things

I think they's be a great design for our Northern Canuk winters -

NO SNOW ON THE ROOF to worry about, a BIG chore up here

But I don't know about that spinning thing - :freak:

Imagine, a good drunk -

ya look out the window after an hour or so -

and it's different view!!

WHOAH !!

:silly:

17. Plan on paying cash for that baby

I don't think any lenders will write a mortgage for anything but a conventionally constructed home due to if they ever need to repossess the home the market for resale will be limited to a very small portion of buyers. It might sit empty for years before they can find an interested buyer. Thats what I have been told anyway.

18. They're kinda ugly from the outside
sometimes environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing don't go hand in hand. Even so I still like the concept. Those horrid wood shingles really should go.

See what i'm talking about?
