He didn't get it fixed when he was a kid.
Can you send him good wishes? He was nervous about the surgery
His name is Mr Wombat. He lives in the UK. ANd I have never met him, though known him for 7 years.

Good thing he is doing something about this now. Depending on the exact problem, this type of thing can predispose him to testicular cancer (what Lance Armstrong had). Surgery is scary, particularly on such a physically and emotionally sensitive spot. Hope all goes well.
