Could you shout into your cell phone a little louder?

Man, the guy in the next cube/cell is practically screaming into his phone talking to his builder. Does anyone at your work do this? What do you do about it?

But only if the carriage has plenty of people who are obviously pissed off with the speaker. A well dropped "really?" can work wonders - especially in England as most people would never dream of speaking to a stranger to challenge him.

What I hate most -- the ABSOLUTE RUDEST OF THE RUDE -- is taking a crap in a public restroom, and there are 2-3 guys in other stalls yakking away on their frickin' phones.
