Takes a mod to do that.

4. Only an hour or two a day methinks

All of a sudden 10 threads will get locked at once (for good reason). Or else there IS a mod, but the mod posts a question about Lounge threads in the Mod's forum, gets the answer s/he is looking for, then comes in and locks all the threads of the type s/he was inquiring about at once.
