5. Don't be ashamed
There are far worse albums being sold on TV. You got one of the 'respectable' ones---it's Time-Life after all

7. You're not alone.
I have wanted that and the 70's Soul Series too.

Of course, they're way too expensive to actually purchase.

Ah well . . .

21. The catch is that only a few of the really cool songs (sometimes only 1)
are on the CD that you get. And then you have to buy another and another. If all the songs were on the CD (which we thought when we bought it) it would have been worth. Thus, it is not. Because we already had most of the songs on other CDs. :hi:

For most of my 70's cds, if I don't already own the album I can find a complilation of various artists in the bargain bin. That's how I picked up Nick Childs.

I'm not embarrassed, there are a lot of good tunes on it. It's old country from the 50s-70s.

25. My parents got Freedom Rock and I gave them hell about it
Until they actually received it and played it.

I must say that that was a really great compilation of songs from the 60s/70s.

Unfortunate that they had such awful commercials.

"Hey turn it up, man!"
