Does anyone else have a Web ring who has received an application with this URL? Mine is a nonpolitical Web ring, which for the most part consists of individual's home or professional pages.

I did a search in Google for "Al-Mendhar," and it turns up about 30 mentions. Can't find many links to it either.

I am checking it out. Arts and Culture in English version discusses the City of Ur. Apparently written for foreigners.

P.S. Does anyone have any idea who is publishing this Iraqi news, or why anyone would send it to a DU'er, or in fact how anyone would know a DU'er had a Web ring?
