I ended up in Tucson AGAIN. And AGAIN I spent days and days and days wandering the desert without looking up the Tucson DUers. Do you guys smell bad or something?

that I remember seeing the Rillito "River" actually flowing. And flying over was something to see - very green for the desert. You guys should have a pretty Spring popping up soon.

The desert should be gorgeous - things are really starting to bloom. If I don't have to work this weekend I'm going to spend some time out tramping around.

my aunt and uncle have a big ash tree right in their back yard - lots of pollen. And who would've thought... I live in NC, but I have allergies to yer weird desert vegetation, too. Ah, well... the pollen gave me a convenient excuse for my red eyes. ;-)

Yes, I took my cromulating and scavering on the road for a bit. Tucson for 6 days, which was cool, then Milwaukee for a couple of days, which was MUCH cooler, then Chicago for a night, O'Hare for WAY too long, a surprise trip to Atlanta for 15 minutes, and a last-minute return to an airport I didn't even take off from. I trust y'all have been behaving yourselves in the Lounge? ;-)

I love Tucson, I really do. It's my hometown and I have a real place for it in my heart. We are fairly liberal---excpet when you get up inot the foothills---but in the city, it's cool. Traffic sucks though---the place sure has grown quite a bit since I was a kid.
