OMG! My cat just dismantled two keys off my laptop's keyboard.
I go to the bathroom for a minute, and when I come back she has removed the two keys. Aaaaargh, laptop keys are harder to put back than regular keyboard keys.

Goodbye. I'll be turning off my laptop to try to put back the keys.

4. Okay I'm back. That wasn't too bad.
My cat did it with her sharp claws. She can just pry it off. She's done it before. Your cat Skittles can probably help you take off that K key. :)

5. This time the keys just snapped back on.
It wasn't as painful as last time she pried off a key.

3. Mine did the same thing!!
A year ago. I'm sorry to say, they never went back on completely. And then I lost them. I can still type fine -- and it always reminds me of the little stinker.

6. They're funny creatures. My cat usually hangs out with me while I'm
working on my laptop. Sometimes her claw gets caught in the keyboard accidentally. This time I think she did it on purpose. :)

8. That happen to me
I lost my "s" and "a" keys via my cat running across my lap. I took my Compaq laptop to be repaired thinking I could get those 2 keys replaced. Nope. Compaq said they have to replace the entire keyboard at $350. They don't replace individual keys. I scotch taped the keys back on because I wasn't going to pay $350 for a couple of keys. I hope you have better luck with yours.

10. Compaq tried to rip you off, eh? Shame on them!
Good thing you are resourceful. My keyboard's fine now. Whew! And cat is back napping beside laptop. :)
