Dammit, I *NEVER* win the Nobel Peace Prize....
this was the 42nd year in a row I've failed to win, and I'm miffed. I thought for sure I'd clinched it this year with my "No War" sign in my front window. Sigh... it's all political.

2. You sound like underpants
Last April he was grumbling about never being drafted by the NFL or other sports, despite a stellar high school career in which every kick got airborne.

I'll root for each of you next time.

3. Kissinger got one.
The easiest way to get one is to become a vicious warmonger and then tone it down a little bit.

How hard is is to keep peace in your household with a passsel of domesticated polecats fighting over Tuna?

You think Dimbo or Arafat could or would in the middle of dinner?

6. I Respect My Hairy Friend
But watch that hairy beast closely after the "Turkey Sandwich" incident.

I should have never "just' stuck it in my front pocket.

committe wasn't using punch cards to vote!

Sorry that you were once again overlooked. Try again next year...

17. Things aren't quite stable everywhere, and so I reckon they didn't
want to be too controversial. Vanunu was my personal favourite, but I think the general world situation caused them to go for the least controversial candidate (other than the Pope); an Iranian human rights activist.

The fact of Kissinger getting the price back in 1979 has dishonoured the Peace Price forever in my opinion.

...doesn't that count for anything?

Oh well...I'm 0-35, but in reality, I'm only 0-17, since life before 18 doesn't count. :P

20. OK.. HERE'S a loser who....
doesn't take it lying down:

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/10/10/national/main577516.shtml

A researcher who says he was unjustly excluded from this year's Nobel Prize in medicine has placed full-page newspaper ads in the United States asking people to write to the Nobel committee in protest.

A cutout coupon in the ads asks members of the committee to have the two named winners share the prize with Dr. Raymond Damadian, who is founder and president of Fonar Corp. in Melville, New York. He said his company paid for the ads.
