I stayed away from DU the last few days because of the Arnold thing here in CA. I couldn't even vote against the recall. I am in a mail-in precint and I thought I would get something in the mail to send in like the other elections but I didn't this time or I lost it. Anyway I didn't get to vote either by my fault or something.

First the selection then the mid terms now this. So when are we going to win one?

The answer is: We will win when people feel they hurt enough and those in power are the right wingers. That point in time is coming for Bush and it will now come here in CA.

Arnold is not going to make life better for the average Californian. It is only a matter of time when they will turn on him too.

I was thinking about who votes Repub in this state and I have come up with this. There are three types of Repub voters. Those who want more cash, those who want more morality and those who believe in the conservative dogma bullshit. The first group are already wealthy and want to get richer or are poor but think they can get rich of a Repub is in office. The second group are the fundies and the third are the freeper ditto head types.

The third type can become Dem voters if things get bad enough for them. The first two are never going to vote Dem.

So I really feel the end times are coming for the Repubs because things are only going to get worse for the average Joe and now they are in control. Who are we going to throw out? Who are we going to blame?
