I just got off the phone with my mom and...

apparently she just got a call from the feds about my uncle. Which is really strange because she hasn't spoken to him in about 13 years (the same with the rest of her brothers). She said he is wanted on federal charges for defrauding a bank or something. My mother just called my dad and had him call her other brother to ask if he knew anything about it (he didn't but could be lying). But it is so bizarre that they would call my mom of all people, not even sure how they found her, because she doesn't have any contact with her family at all. My mom is going to e-mail the case number and we are going to do a little sleuthing on this case...we love a good mystery!

Also the strangest bit about all of this is the fact that it is so out of character for my uncle...he was the golden boy, the one that was studied to be a priest and then worked for the State Police for a time. I guess it just goes to show, you can never tell about people.
