7. I live in a very urban area yet
we don't have that many non-chain restaurants, you have to drive up to Williamsburg to get the kind you are talking about. When we are going up there my favorite is the Whaler, which is seafood and steaks, but there is a nice Japanese steak house which is near by that is my Favorite "I don't feel like driving that far for a special occasion" restaurant...
