Do one nurturing thing for yourself today
Many of us rush through our lives caring for others all the time and thinking of others before ourselves almost all the time. Unselfishness is wonderful. However, to be a perpetual giver, one must receive as well. Receiving from yourself is always good. So today, take one moment to do something nurturing for yourself. Take a nap. Drink something nutritious or eat a tasty snack. Take a nice walk. Take a long bubble bath. Then, you will be more recharged to continue giving. God bless all of you.

Steve

8. I plan to run five miles on the soggy lakefront running path - then go to
a movie. Unfortunately, there's nothing new that's good around this weekend so maybe go see Sideways again. After that romantic dinner at a BYOB Japanese restaurant.

20. well, i went grocery shopping
and i got my alcohol for the night....but i skipped the hair dye till next week cuz i'll be getting a hair cut anyway then, so i might as well wait.

as for which one makes me feel good about MYSELF, i would have to say the grocery shopping, because now i am set for the week and i don't have to waste money eating out every nite and blowing all my money on lunch at work.

the alchohol just makes me feel good

Me? Well, I do not know what I am doing, sir. My brain is only functioning at partial capacity.
