1. I'd just remove it from my bookmarks

It just becomes some big emotional bonding moment for everyone to prove how loyal you are to...I wouldn't say DU necessarily, because the admins and mods actually allow a wide range of opinion...but how loyal you are to the most shrill and abrasive cadre or something. I wouldn't grant them that, and I haven't even granted them the pleasure of leaving either.

I just left and didn't make a big deal of it. That way I can come back and not be embarrassed. :-)
