Well I found out I am too old now.

had to stay up all night thursday night for work. My age is showing, I used to be able to stay up all night and be fine, but Friday, I could not think straight and could not talk straight. My body was telling me I was too old to be staying up all night and not sleeping. At one point if someone had not walked into my office I would have been asleep.

1. If 1928 is your birth year, then nap and enjoy life. If you're young, then

take care of your health.

The saying among old people "If I had known I would live this long, I would have taken better care of my body" is really true.

2. no 1928 is not my birth year

I am not that old. just starting to feel it. I was told I have 50 year old arms when i was 20. I have tendonitis and arthritis in both wrists and elbows. I wore my body out a long time ago. I used to sound like a 4th of July celebration in the morning til we got the new mattress. but now I am less stiff and sore since we got it.
