HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK
God it's the 80s all over again on our block, as car alarms go beserk at the touch of a feather. There's this one SUV parked across the street that has fits every time a bus goes by. Then there's another car that lets loose with a delightful HONK HONK WHOOP WHOOP WEE WEE WEE.

2. We still wear those buttons you gave us!
The City of Chicago WILL ticket those cars. Get their numbers, and call 311.

6. Then the City must've improved over the last ten or so years.
Because when I lived in Bucktown a car alarm sounded for 45 minutes in the middle of the freaking night and I couldn't get the cops to do a thing. I still regret not tossing a bucket of paint on the fucking car.
