What Was Your Most Recent Ear-Worm Song?
Edited on Sat Feb-26-05 11:58 PM by arwalden
You know... the tune or commercial jingle that keeps rattling around inside your brain for days or weeks after you hear it. The song that NEVER finishes... the song that's STUCK just on an endless loop of the chorus ONLY.

AaaaaahhHHH!

Mine is "Pillow Talk" by Doris Day.

3. Just saw "Ray" so "What Kind of Man Are You" is stuck in my
head... but I don't mind it. Great song.

Also heard "You Picked a Fine Time to Leave Me, Lucille" (lol!) by Kenny Rogers earlier today and that might worm the Ray Charles song outta my head, but I hope not.

4. Ugh, I have, like fifty:
"Vertigo" --U2 (From that damn iPod commercial)
"Take Me out"--Franz Ferdinand
"Ma na ma na"-- (that damn Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper commercial)
"Holland 1945"--Neutral Milk Hotel
"Two-Headed Boy"--Neutral Milk Hotel

Any music fans out there, those last two songs are must-downloads. They're a very obscure band, but their songs are easy to find online and really, really good.

5. Loook Down/Work Song and Little People both from Les Miserables...
I got the CD set for my birthday and my son has become very interested in the musical... (He wants to read the book!) So he's always putting them on the CD player.

19. That's not a bad one. One of Mike Post's better theme songs, IMO.
It's a nice, sweet melody. :-)
