So- I'm a gimp, now.

I broke my ankle last night wrestling with one of my buddies. It got stuck under me and twisted pretty bad. My fibula broke right above that knob on the outside of the ankle.

So, I'm sitting here on the couch, going gimp style. Got crutches, but I'm still getting used to them. Getting up the two stairs to the porch was hell.

I KNEW I shouldn't have gone out last night. :(

When I was away at school, I broke my foot, and was on crutches for quite awhile. Not only do you have to get your arms strong enough to support your body weight, but they are impossible to use in snow. One time I wiped out going down a hill and wiped the sidewalk clean of my fellow students like a group of bowling pins! I feel your pain!:-(
