Of course, I should have thanked William Pitt for his beautiful eulogy. It was much appreciated. I know Scott considered you a friend.

BUT MOST OF ALL...HIPPIECHICK!!!

She has unfailingly checked on me each and every week since all the commotion has died down. She always wants to know if I need anything and has passed on your messages to me. (Of course, I roped her into helping me paint the wall in Khephra's computer room in front of which the pyramid is going to be displayed) She's tall and I'm not. She took the high road and I took the low...

But I have to say, I always feed her well.

To have someone close that was such a part of my son's life is really terrific. She is a constant reminder of the type of people he was proud to call friend and now I feel close to her as well.

After I get the rest of the painting done and everything set back up, I will post a picture on DU to show you my homage to him.

But..... they are as alive in my memory as they ever were in life. I have a feeling Scott O8) has made his mark on our little blue ball and for as long as we have our memories he lives on. Please keep posting here. I know Scott O8) would have wanted nothing more.
