5. That is just an estimation, to keep from having to give out free pizzas

for those arriving late. Try placing your order to be delivered at an exact time. Then if it's not delivered at that time, you can call the manager, and get a discount. Be sure to sound irate, when you call to complain.

Ever since a rash of Domino's schleppers killed people in traffic back in the early '90s, hardly any delivery places give freebies for late delivery anymore.

Which is good, of course.

8. I deliver pizzas in Lincoln Nebraska, and we give discounts for late pizza

and if it's very late, the pizza is free. I'm sure that you can ask for a pizza to be delivered at a specific time, if you call far enough in advance. Next Oscar Night, or Super Bowl, call in your order early in the day.
