I think Flintstones vitamins are helping my migraines

I've been taking one a day every day with my daughter and I've had a lot fewer migraines. Adult vitamins did not have this effect.

Is that weird or what?

have you checked the vitamins and minerals in the Flintstone vitamins against the ones you used to take? I get migraines and believe that they are linked to low magnesium and certain B vitamins. Maybe the Flintstone vitamins have more magnesium and B vitamins.

4. vitamin C is important for veins and arteries flexibility...could that

affect migraine incidences? Maybe the children's C is more easily accepted into your system?

Migraines just suck.
