I loved Chris Rock's slam of the weed, but the rest of the show has me bored out of my mind. :eyes:

5. I am watching, just in case something happens.
An Ashlee-Simpson-on-SNL-screwup-type moment.

7. Could we be so lucky?
If only something out of the ordinary happened, like some real entertainment!

Someone accept an award and not be PC -- something, please ...

3. At least it wasn't Rob Lowe singing with Snow White!
Was that in '87?
Imagine the spleen venting online if DU were around.

14. I'm really hating on the new set up too
Line up all the nominated people on the side of the stage? Why? So the losers have to do the walk of shame back to their seats? And stay on the stage, for goodness sakes to read the nominations. This isn't a blivet** town hall meeting, you all know each other already so there's no thrill for you to make that speech from the aisle! Get the hell back on the stage and make an entrance and allow the winners to have their "oh I'm so shocked and happy" moment as they walk to the stage. Give the losers back their dignity!

</end rant, I think>
