I've always found her voice to be shrill. It is especially annoying considering the fact that Minnie Driver sang this song in the movie and SHE should have been the one onstage. They bumped her in favor of Beyonce. In addition, they are adding Beyonce onto Josh Groban's performance coming up later. Again, Josh sang the song solo in the movie so there is no real reason for them to add Beyonce. It is complete overkill.
