So, I was talking to my mother in law last week
I was telling her that my brother (eight years younger than me) is getting a new apartment that has a loft that he plans to make into his entertainment room (computer, x-box, whatever) in Norfolk. Keep in mind that I live in Texas. She says that i should consider talking to him about moving out there and the kids and I staying in his apartment when he's deployed. Ummmm, what? Does she know something that I don't?

Anybody who reads my posts knows that my marriage bites, but if the lump on the couch is making plans to bolt, that's news to me!

2. That's not it!
I just don't know the whole story and don't feel like I can comment. The lump on the couch is your bro or your hub?

7. What gets me is that
he gets together with her and slams me (never mind that I'm supporting a family of four while he acts like a very bad teenager). Due to some events that occurred in August and September, I have reason to believe that he has motivation to move to another state. He would tell her if he was contemplating this, and this might be her way of telling me that he's doing just that. I don't know.

8. What gets me is that
She seems to think that my 24 year old brother would have no problem with his 32 year old sister, 11 year old nephew (with issues!), and 9 year old niece (issues of a different sort!) moving in to his place. Not only that, but are we all supposed to sleep in one room?

Why doesn't she tell her son to get off of his ass??
