I can literally pull my jeans down
without unbuttoning. See :) I told you that Kleeb diet works.
Eat breakfast seldom :)
Sometimes eat lunch :)
other than that snack :)
and walk occassionally :)
WARNING: Only recommended for me.

4. Congrads to you
It wasnt easy I envision. Its hard for me not to get hungry but I just seldom eat breakfast, my lunch I normally go to the library in fact the lady in the cafeteria said "dont you eat lunch" I am like I umm eat when I get home. Too bad about your teeth. I bet I gain my weight back during summer or somethin.

2. Oh you young uns!
Darn it John! I have been on this stupid diet for 2 months, have NOT cheated and I have gained 4 pounds. Just you wait until you are my age. Anyway, good for you but it does not sound like a healthy way to lose weight. Take care of yourself now, we need you to be young and strong and carry on when we no longer can!

7. AWESOME, John!! I'm 220 down from 242 in August, myself.
For me, it was lots of walking, and a vast reduction in sugar-pop intake. That, and I've just been eating less in the past month and a half or so.

8. Just invest in a belt
If you haven't already. Walk Occassionally? I keep a healthy 180 or so (it goes up or down 5 lbs but it's beein the same range for ever) by biking all the time and eating when I'm hungry. All my cloths fit but I wear a belt just for fashon most of the time.

10. I've been on the Body-for-LIFE diet...
...and that's been real cool. You have to change a bunch of stuff about how you eat and stuff, but it's worth it.

11. I have gained weight
Which is what I have been trying to do anyway. Back in May I weighed 150 pounds. Now I am up to 165. I used an old fashioned style bodybuilding workout program from the 70's and ate 5 meals a day.

I feel a lot better now. Of course being short at 5 feet 8 makes it easy to put on mass.
