Does anyone own one of those Sharper Image Ionic Breeze deals?

1. No, and I should have read Consumer Reports before I bought it

It doesn't do anything except waste money.

Consumer Reports tests indicated it did virtually nothing

5. The adv sounds good, but even in the ad there is small print

showing on the screen that says (paraphrase) the thing may not work at your house in a room larger than the coat closet by the front door, the small one.

6. I am going to go against the grain here and say...We love ours. We

have two. My husband smokes and now our house doesn't smell like stale tobacco. They are a B*tch to clean, but well worth the money. I would get a few more opinions because we really like ours.

7. Consumer Reports is the way to go

I looked into one of these a while back. Before I did, I read the CR article on them, which gave the Ionic Breeze a very low rating. I can't remember which ones got high ratings, but I bet you could check. Also, try, Epinions.com.
