For those of you unfamiliar with Echelon, it is a supercomputer system designed to intercept and analyse telephone and email communications throughout the world. While based in Australia for logistical reasons, make no mistake--Echelon is an arm of the CIA.

Should you send a message involving words from Echelon's list of "hot words", your email or phone message may be flagged and analysed, and you may be investigated, more often than not, without even knowing you're being watched.

International "Jam Echelon Day" is coming up: Tuesday, October 21st. Be sure to use as many "hot words" as you can, and let Echelon know YOU know they're out there...

You know, Echelon is probably a very sophisticated filter. It probably tosses out any results that actually mention Echelon, because of bastards like us who will try to trip it up. Wouldn't it then make sense for actual terrorists to discuss Echelon in their planning messages, so that the filter will throw those messages out? But, what if the guys programming Echelon already thought of that, and, Oh Schnap, daddy needs a drink. :beer:
