The put the retractable roof on the baseball stadium, which is primarily played when it is absolutely gorgeous around here, and left the football stadium open, which is used when it's usually really wet and windy....

The Seahawks management wants the team to get used to playing in the rain and cold, figuring that most of their opponents won't be. It's the same sort of advantage that Minnesota used to have back when they were playing outdoors.

Note that the stands are covered -- only the field is open.
