Who watched Carnivale tonight?

This show just keeps getting more an more entertaining. I don't quite know where it's going yet, but it's captivating.

1. I thought it was pretty creepy tonight.

But I am hooked. It will be interesting to find out how they resolve the story threads they have started. I hope they do have a story completed and that it doesn't unravel into mediocrity like "Twin Peaks".

2. it seems to have stalled the past two weeks

yeah, it's neat to watch, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of character development, and i'm sure it'll all come together in the end, but i just wonder if it's worth the time to wait for that to happen.
