should i move here?
this building is a short walk from DC's union station. it's a victorian car barn, which has been turned into apartments and townhomes... exposed brick, courtyard, etc.

should i choose the townhome here or rent/buy a rowhouse in the same neighborhood?

1. yes
I had a friend live there a couple years back. It was a nice place
in a nice downtown neighborhood. The apt was nice inside. And it was
never a bad stumble to get back there from Irish Times.

2. good to know!
i work in the neighborhood (C street), and i really like the area! eastern market rocks! and it's so safe. the only problem is having to walk past the heritage foundation on MASS. AVE to get to union station.

gag.

3. Yeah, it's a cool neighborhood
The whole Eastern Market area is cool. I'm in a less expensive part of town these days, but would like to live down that way.

4. Beautiful building but
is the sky REALLY that blue?? (methinks someone's been overcooking the saturation just a tad)

8. buy!
If you have the ability - buy a place! You'll never regret the investment. And anything in D.C. (esp around Union Station) is probably a good bet!

9. Since I am "here"
I thought you were asking to move in with me, which would be fine but crowded.
