2. You guys need to stop counting chickens before they hatch
They won 3-2 last night and I know your heart jumped up in your throat when Sierra hit that home run.

4. Sierra's HR Would Have Been the Nail in the Coffin for the '99 Sox
This is a different team. I hope they maintain the focus and meturity not to unravel.

7. Broke the 1927 Murderers' Row Slugging Percentage Record
Murderers Row included Goehrig and Ruth.

Yes, they are a different team-and a better-hitting team than the '86 Red Sox. The Mets got lucky that year.

Don't count on them choking if they get to the WS. i just want them to focus know and take the ALCS.

5. not really
Williamson was ahead 1-2 with 1 out two run lead. They decided to try and blow the fastball by him. And one of the great fastball hitters of all time hit it out. He wouldnt have done that with a one run lead. I think Varitek and Williamson were unphased by that.

15. Don't Jinx it!
Never assume invincibility when rooting for the Red Sox, down that path lies much suffering.
