1. The Beaners enter a space-time warp and
somehow break the curse and go on to make seafood pate out of the Marlins.

2. As much as I'd like to see Boston
I don't think they can win 2 in a row in Yankee Stadium in October.

Anyone But Marlins

4. season series now stands Boston 12-13 New York
so if Boston wins tonight it would be "even" at 13 games apiece. 13!!!!:scared:

5. No BRAGGING! Okay I hate to say this but I doubt Pedro
I just don't think he is pitching that well right now.

but the Red Sox bats woke up, it might have been good for them to get out of Boston. Teams tend to really gel when on the road and a real team spirit erupts.

We'll see, I rooting for the Sox but making no predictions and NOT BRAGGING!

12. The Sox Go Quietly
Yanks will score two runs right away, scratch out a couple of more in scattered one-run innings. Sox get a 2-run homer in the 5th, but that will be it. Clemens will be quietly masterful. It won't be close.

This is the way the world ends

Not with a bang but with a whimper

13. you know, the curse doesn't end if the Sox win tonight
I totally expect them to win tonight and then lose to Florida in the series.

Which would mean a team that didn't exist 11 years ago would have twice as many championships as the Red Sox have won since 1918.
